I need a Calendar which can be manage by 10 people, there will be 7 rooms to book meeting or events.
* If there is an event booked on one of the rooms, then that room should be blocked for the time specified.
* The Calendar would be hosted and managed via web, so it should be public but only those with credentials will be able to make changes. Also there will be events that public cannot see, but administrators can. (So an option on events booked will have to added, to make the event public or private)
MOST IMPORTANT * Calendar should have typical settings as OUTLOOK, GOOGLE; times, dates, etc...
If the development is done correctly and on timely basis, there is a big opportunity to work on ongoing basis, lots of work available.
