URGENT NEED: ExCEL to FLAT FILE CONVERSION VBSCRIPT, .net,

Hi coders,

I'm in dire need for a VB script that converts an excel file with 9 columns into a flat file. The flat file should be a single string of characters, putting spaces to fulfill proper width. Here is the dimensions

position 1-100 first column in excel

position 101 - 116 second column in excel

position 117 - 130 third column in excel

position 131 - 144 4th column in excel

position 145 - 175 5th colomn in excel

position 176 - 206 6th column in excel

position 207 - 257 7th column in excel

position 258 - 271 8th column in excel

position 272 - 322 9th column in excel

The data in the excel sheet will not fit the entire position, for example the frist position is 1-100, but will probably be less than 30 characters. the first 30 should be the characters in the column and then fill the other 70 spaces with blank spaces. It must be in this format. I typed an example of a dataline, not the entire line but just so coders can get an idea. It should convert the file to flat text file, go through the data rows and place the data in this format

I need this urgently, will give good bonus for coders who can produce this in a day, if not then two days will still give a bit of a bonus for this work. I've attached an excel file as an example. The file will be located in a specific directory and the vbscript should be able to find it and process it as a flat file with filename called BULK_LOAD. Please note that some of the fields can be null/empty but blank spaces still need to be in place for that particular column. Each row is a record set, script should be able to go through excel file and create rows until end of data. Column headings are not needed in flat file. Ask me whatever questions you have

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

VBSCRIPT that can run from a bat file, or a vb.net program that can convert the file, however it is possible.
