Fix My Wordpress Blog + Facebook Social Plugin

I have a wordpress blog that I am trying to move to a different URL and am having trouble.

It's on the same server as the old URL.

I need you to move and configure the blog to be on the new URL.

I need you to install and configure the Facebook Social Plugin so that all comments are from facebook users - to replace the regular wordpress comments section.

I will also need you to add a new logo at the top of the page.

I wish to find someone who I can regularly contact for this type of work.
