Prozilla mods

Some re-work needed to a standard prozilla realtor site. Please check attached doc for the full details. I have tried to make the brief as complete as possible but there are probably still some areas that need more tweeking.

I'm also looking for a long term partner here as more mods will be needed in the future, both for this site and other projects that are planned.

Good graphics skills & attention to detail and are absolutely paramount!!
