MS Access Database feature update

Currently I have a MS ACCESS database that I set up. It has a couple bugs that need to be taken care of.
#1 archive price from the price table to the orders detail table, so that changes in pricing would NOT interfere with reporting from periods prior to that pricing change.
#2 Upon entering a new customers in the Customer form I need the database to query the Customerss table zip code collum for duplicate zips and open a report window with the stores that have the same zip code, along with their most recent order and amount of their last order and most recent order.
#3 I need to have 4 reports autorun once a month, log in to a specific website, and attach the reports to upload to a web site, complete the form with approproate fax numbers\, completing a web based fax.
This is nothign more than logging into the web based fax service and attaching a file along with a fax number associated with that file.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
