Simple Browser Toolbar

A simple tool bar (for IE or FF / only one version required no preference to browser as it is for internal employee use only)

The toolbar will monitor objects retrieved by the browser and look for items that match a predetermined list of criteria

Example: file with a .flv extension, mime type video/x-flv or application/octet-stream and is >10MB

When a matching object is found it should display the URL of the last matching object in the toolbar (with ability to highlight and copy that URL) and a button to submit the URL of that object to a script on a server.

The browser will need a simple configuration area that allows us to define the following

1) List of file extension(s) to look for / or any

2) List of mime type(s) to look for / or any

3) minimum & maximum file size

4) URL/Script to submit to with variable substitution to allow us to set the variable to accept the URL? Example: <[url removed, login to view]>? ? ? ? where %URL% is the URL of the last object found (and is properly URL encoded before substituting in)
