I want to develop a traffic updates meeting point on several platforms....

The initial interface will include known bottleneck zones( initially in Lagos Nigeria but will expand )that a user will click on to see up to date traffic updates pulled from twitter hash tags and facebook match word updates.

Users may also post directly on the site/app

under each option, i'd like a time stamp for every update, the page should refresh automatically every 3-5 mins.

Updates will be entered by individuals, either under the anonymous tag directly on the app or wapsite or directly from updates on twitter and facebook.

I'd also like the app and wapsite to be tailored to user experience, especially for 1st time loggers, so when they return, they are met with their previously viewed options

I want to enable users register withe their twitter or facebook logins, 2 enable app/site remember their favourite routes
