Integrate Website to Wordpress Framework + Features/Fixes

I need someone to convert my website over to a wordpress template and also fix a few features that aren't currently working as intended. I can provide a bulleted list of all of the things that I would want done to it after the project is awarded, after reading through the list you can decide to accept it or not. It is all fairly simple stuff and a lot of it is just adjusting or adding to the already existing code. The site functions, it just needs a few tweaks and changes.
I ultimate goal is to allow it so that I can use a wordpress template to launch other sites that are the same as this one except with different themes. I can explain more in detail after project is awarded.
Must be available through Skype while working on the project so that I can be caught up to speed on what you're working on and how you are approaching each thing. I will make myself available to answer any questions you may have or to provide guidance and clear objectives.
My budget is $160 USD for this, so I would be expecting everything done for the $160. I look forward to working with you!
