Modifying Company site based(Wordpress theme)

We have been developing company website based on "Fringe Tech", the wordpress theme which we bought.
But some problems are occured and want to fix it.
1. We want to add one more 2nd tap filtering box on the home frame at the first page. The 1st one is for the portfoilo, and we want to add one more same box as it for "blog".
It will be better if you suggest the way how to add the box or delete it as we wish.
2. Our blog page has 3 depth, "Munu - Blog - 1 detailed blog page" The sidebar is on the 2nd depth of it, "Blog" page. But we cannot see it on the detailed blog page.
Please add the sidebar 3rd depth of blog munu. Moreover it will be better suggest how to add the sidebar and attach it wherever we want to add.
3. The filter box (mentioned at 1st) show the same categorie double or more. We guess the original theme has some errors with the server or DB. We just want show it clearly as we want to show.
4. (on the same filter box as 1 & 3) We don't want to show "up & blur effect" and the comment icon and date. We just want to show the images and title.
Please tell us the termination date you can finish this work and the bid you think.
