Request: Complete clone off [url removed, login to view] & Offer of future exclusive work

Job Spec:
• Clone the above site & re-design minor appearance details to my specifications (Colours, some menu options etc)
• Re-design my company logo & design of separate graphic
• Create a flash turnover image (similar to the image on the index page of the cloned site)
• Create online CRM & Inventory (Specific design & functionality instructions included).
Inventory – All product information to be extracted from the inventory (Descriptions, prices, images, categories etc.). I will require a series of simple functions to work with the inventory, such as stock updating with sales.
CRM – Fully integrated to track past and present customers. Record of customer profiles (name, address & email etc). Recent transactions etc. (Layout & functions provided)
Mailing list – Must be able to select customers within the crm by multiple criteria (ie. Only use female customers in a specified location, as recipients etc.)
Reports – I will need certain reports available to me within the inventory. (ie. Total VAT collected on sales, total revenue – monthly basis etc). Full criteria & instructions included.
Whoever wins this auction will be exclusively contracted for regular graphic design projects. These projects are for our newsletter mailing lists.
This my first large e-commerce website so i will require advise on decisions i may need to make. I have a specific checkout/payment processor in mind, if that makes a difference. I will need guidance on issues such as search optimisers, mailing lists etc.
