Pipe email to MySql with PHP

This job is a very quick one, and will take who ever is doing it about 30mins, if they have done it before as most of the code is already written and attached, and they will need to answer a few questions I have.

I need someone to help me set up email -> mysql logging.

And tweak it a bit here and there.
