Accelerate an app in react/slim.

As you can see in the second picture, it's the app running in our server (clevercloud),
there are 4 requests that takes more than 35sec, whereas they take no more than 3sec in local .
I want you make the app run as fast as it is in local.
We have some clues to solve this issue.
We try to upgrade our server, but it doesn't speed up the app.
The backend is in slim/php, the frontend is in react js and the database is in PostgreSQL.
