Add feature to my site

I need the same search function as (I searched bob marley) :

I need the search to pop up with the SAME type of out put as shown

copy and past google ads in the between etc.

I believe that they just have a spider search for mp3's not sure.

This is not complicated project I need it impemented onto my site asap.
