Build a somple media web page

One page for demo purposes (no design required).
The page layout should include:
A) 1 youtube file
B) 9 Audio files + volume control
C) record button (to an audio file), playback functions.
Functionality:
- Play": plays all 10 files together (synced)
- "record": Record new audio file, while the video file is playing at the background.
The new audio file length should be as the video file length
Once the Record is completed, the new audio track should be posted as the 10th audio file
