Creation of an HTML Product Filtering/Selection Tool

We require the construction of an HTML component that will provide for dropdown filtering of product options (variable by product group) by customers. The component will be constructed in a manner that allows it to read header, option titles, and option values from a category/group-specific table/spreadsheet so that offered options can be changed depending on the product type.
Selection of a “Find” button will produce an executed URL that will return a list of products matching the URL’s embedded search string.
Example:

where Brand=“Atwood”, Product Type=“water heater”, and Size=“10 Gal.” are the selection parameters.
