I need to create a platform continuously collects in different languages, reputation
information, reviews from the world’s top travel review and social media sites, including
Facebook, Foursquare, Google Places, TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck, Twitter, Qype, Yelp
and blogs, for user-generated content pertaining to a particular hotel.
A customer dashboard with all hotel reviews must be included. A panel must be added that allows to process a response to the review for the customer. The panel will have three buttons, delete the review response, modify the review response, publish the review response.
