Cryptocurrency/Blockchain Developer for Altcoin - C++

We need to create an Altcoin and need an experienced cryptocurrency developer that can develop/build/execute the following project quickly and efficiently:

I. DEVELOP, BUILD AND EXECUTE CRYPTOCURRENCY

A. Create a coin by forking a pre-existing currency - need advice

B. Adjust various construction parameters to differentiate coin from other coins already in use. This may include obfuscation of the origin of transactions; minimisation of transaction size; coin limit; coin limit year; decimal places; mean block time; block reward decay; block reward split; and other construction parameters as advised.

C. Transaction funds fees will need to be split 45% to miners, 45% to development fund and 10% to treasury

D. Transactions will need to be fast, 5-20 seconds

D. Re-skin Mac wallet

E. Create Electrum Wallet for Windows and Mac

QUESTIONS - PLEASE ANSWER THESE WITH YOUR BID

I need to understand how we can secure our coin name and ticker code? Is there some kind of registry? I have a choice of domain/business names for the website, but don’t want to register until I know we can secure the coin name and code. How is this possible? Please elaborate?

Need to understand how we can distribute our coin at first. We dont want an ICO as I know the marketing costs involved and we can’t afford that. If it is not immediately accepted on the exchanges (which it won’t be) how can we distribute our coin other than mining and get people, using it on our web application to send between users?

Are you available for maintenance and more development work going forward? I need someone who can be on call when things go wrong. How quick can you act?
