JS and CSS fixing on a html website with simple php includes

I'm developing a website using some php includes to reuse html blocks (not framework, just includes php), some javascript to have some dynamism, and i was using a template based on bootstrap.
Well my site suddenly got some errors i can't find so i can't fix them. I need someone expert to help me.
Here are SOME of them, (i have this in mind, but i have other minor problems)
1- css corrections:
Some images are bad displayed on mobile
menu bar needs css/js fixing
2. js. (i did something and suddenly it stopped working in all cases)
modal bootstrap isn't displaying after presing a button.
js validations aren't displayed in footer contact form in some pages.
May be, if all goes well, i would like help to finish this project.
I would like to work togheter, so i need someone with experience in teams.
Obviously i would like to learn what happened and how i broke my own code.
It's needed asap.
I have no more than 4 hrs to fix this minor problems (but, indeed hidden).
So. This is the task: fix it, then show me what was wrong, then upload it to my server,
I'm able to pay 10usd for the whole job before 4hrs deadline. I filter per bid to see only freelancer on budget, so don't waste your time if you are outside budget.
