Customize plugin template for Wordpress Amazon Affiliate script, requires PHP/XML/CSS Amazon API knowledge

The Amazon Affiliate plugin I'm using for wordpress comes with prepackaged templates of many kinds, two very robust ones are Music and Books.
The music one in particular has fields for Arts, Label, Format (CD/DVD/DIgital), Release Date, etc.
I need this exact template to be customized for computers, so, it needs things like, HD size, CPU, Screen size, etc.
There must be a way. I have access to the Amazon API and have experience dealing with these categories of items so I know all of the fields I need and what they are called on Seller Central. I just don't know how to rewrite this template, its kind of complicated. You'll need access to my Wordpress, SQL, and whatever else you need.
I am attaching a sample of the code for the Music template here, please look it over before bidding.
