Debug the chat software on my Drupal site and get it working

I'm in the process of migrating my site built with Drupal to a new server but have had to replace the current chat software with avchat. Unfortunately it doesn't work, I need someone who knows their way around this sort of site to get it working. Site is slightly adult, not porn.
