I am looking for someone to develop a shift booking system for my company and website Healthcare-4u.com. This system will be used by both clients and staff to book facility staffing shifts. Shifts will vary at differenty client locations as will the staff and grade of healthcare professional. there are many different examples, "Newcross healthcare" have got there own app and there is a app named " MySirenum for PC"
The system must include a shift approval system so that all shifts are authorized correctly. clients must have the ability to go online and request a nurse or care worker,(RGN or HCA) and the shift times and location,
staff should then be able to go onto the app and if they are able to work they should be able to accept the shift, we then get notifications and are able to confirm or decline the shifts.
through the process my inhouse team should also have access to add and delete and book shifts.
the system should have timer tracking as to successfully log in and out when the shift is complete and autofill the time sheets generated per shift. clients should also be able to have record of the invoices and costs and both should have sections for compliance( the uploading and collection of documents needed to work and or work with us.
in a nut shell - a PHP system would be great - it must have CRM/HRM capability for inhouse staff sort of like Perfex and with the addition of the bookings system - with client and staff booking ability. if we are able to mimic the Uber app - and clients are able to send out a request for staff and on the map see the closet staff available and those staff that are online at the time can also select the shift and or bid on a shift( wages rate per hour bid)
I must inform everyone that we had a developed app - it was great, but our developer based overseas stopped contact, never finished the app correctly and vanished with our funds- after that our financial institute was involved in what seemed to be internal fraud and had been selling client accounts and blocking accounts, they had blocked , closed and removed all trace of our business account with 2 years company funds within it. w are starting from scratch and are busy with the FCA and Ombudsman with a case against the institute. - so we are not able to afford thousands this time, but we have a few pounds available. if any one can go on our site: [login to view URL] and read about us, see our hearts, and if you are of the same, contact me
Additionally, it should have automatic notifications to ensure that both clients and staff are kept up-to-date on any changes. Real-time calendar updates would be beneficial, however not essential.
