Layout/Design Changes in a Wordpress Website

I am looking for an individual to do some Layout/Design Changes to a Wordpress Website's Homepage.
I have attached both Old and New Design/Layout here, please take a look. Following are the changes required:
1. Add a Search Bar with Image Background to Homepage(including the location feature/option). See [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for functionality check and understanding.
2. Modify the Latest Jobs Section's Layout/Design as shown in "New" design/image.
3. Add a "Job Alerts" section to sidebar, that should enable website visitors to put in email and receiver email alerts according to the option they select/choose. See [login to view URL] for functionality check and understanding.
Each change should also reflect back to it's functionality and is just not a design conversion. And each change should also be responsive for all devices.

The selected freelancer will also be hired for future changes/fixes to the website(other pages needed to be customized after this one), so I want your best bid/work here. And don't forget to include word "OJB" at the start of your bid for it to be considered valid.
