Hi, I am looking for a complete solution to add to our Wordpress driven website. We would like for our visitors to be able to visit our website and be able to book a consultation with one of our consults. They should also be able to cancel their booking via our website. You should also be able to check a box saying that you would like to be informed if someone cancels their time and the solution should then email or send a text message saying that a new time is available and with a link to book that time. When you book you should choose if you would like to have the meeting via Google hangout or face to face at our office. Once booked there should be a message sent containing date and time and and if you have choosen via Google Hangout then the message should also contain a link that you can click once it's time to have the meeting. The person that books should be able to book using only their phone number or email (not mandatory to fill in name, address etc). This should all sync to a booking software (open for recommendations). I would like to know how much you would charge and how long it would take to complete.
