Magento Expert required -- Quick turn around

I have two sites (100% identical) .. i need to improve the loading time of them may be for now it is having high resolution slider images etc , then site is already responsive , need to improve it a bit more and there are few pages may be 4 on backend just need to link them on front end thanks .. It is simple for a person having 1+ magento experience .. Please don't bid if you cannot handle this
