I Need A Desktop/Mobile Customer Lead, Management, And Invoice System

I operate a local tree service business and our website is MDTreeService.com. Currently we have multiple project estimators and we manage all of our customers on pen and paper. I am looking to move this data to a back end of our website for use of our employees.

- Payment must be handled through Freelancer.com

- Must be written in PHP, HTML5, CSS, and use MySQL

- Needs to be written in a responsive design to be effective on both desktop and in field mobile smartphone or tablet use. (Does not have to be supper pretty, just functional.)

- Needs password protected login system with ability to add, edit, and remove employed site users. Employee data table needs to include first and last name, phone number, email, and user rights.

- Needs to allow entry of customer data including, first and last name, address, home phone number, cell phone number, two email addresses, and a general note section. These need to be able to be updated.

- Needs a project data table linking to customer id allowing for entry of multiple projects per customer with ability to add notes, and must include ability to enter project description, price, date, etc. Projects must also be linked to our estimator that is handling the project. (see below)

- Projects needs progress settings of new, contact attempt, contacted, quoted, followup contacted, canceled, accepted, deposit, scheduled, completed, invoiced, paid partial, and paid full. Customer payment method needs to include a possible mix of cash, check, and credit card. (If there is a way to track deposit and multiple payments with outstanding balance, that's a plus! )

- Ability to add/upload multiple picture files and attach to project by desktop or mobile device. (A basic file uploader is fine.)

- Needs a comunication data table to keep track of comunication exchange with customer that does not show in project outline.

- Needs a view customer page displaying general information, all project information (including links to uploaded files), past payments and or money owed, and a simple google map of address.

- Needs ability to search customer data by either name, address, phone, or email.

- System will have multiple users rights with different jobs. Lead Generator, Estimator, Site Manager, and Admin.

-- Lead Generator user that can search and add new or edit customers and can add new projects and notes. They can also assign a project to one of our estimators. They can search any customer and see project and progress setting but can not change setting or see any pricing. They can add comication notes. No reports pages.

-- Estimator user can do all above and add and price and detailed project information as well as change project progress and any payments made. Estimators can search any customer information but only see projects that have been assigned to them.

-- Site Manager user can do all above and see and edit everything.

-- Admin can do everything as well as adding, editing, removing our site users. Also any general site settings and maintenance procedures.

- Logged in home page should show current projects, assigned estimator, and projects status according to user rights. A basic page that keeps track of whats going on.

- Needs a basic reports page with completed money paid and money owed (viable by associated user rights).

- A notification system (either email or text) that notifies project owner of new or changed project settings they did not make themselves.

- A simple generated email system to email customer project outline and price.

Project does not have to be fancy, the most import part is that it is responsive designed and functional in field on a mobile device as well as a desktop in office.
