Optimize WordPress Based Website for Speed

Looking for someone experienced in WordPress and PHP/mySQL who can optimize my site (currently getting a 37/100 on Google PageSpeed Insights for Mobile, and 59/100 on PageSpeed Insights for Desktop.
Need this done while keeping all website and plugin functionality, and while making it so I can still easily upgrade to newer versions of the theme and wordpress. (I already have some edits done to the bottom of my [url removed, login to view] file, which I always backup before upgrading to a new copy of the theme).
I can add you as a user to my site in Google Webmaster Tools to be able to run the PageSpeed Insight and see the results.
