Details:
The site [login to view URL] is built on a Wordpress frame with a custom complex survey type plugin, we need the ux refined and the functionality updated and tweaked.
This is a long term project this is the first phase, the second phase will be the addon of PDF functionality and the third stage will be a new version of the application.
Please check the site and attached is the UX guidelines to be followed, and some initial feedback of the changes required.
