The goal is send Whatsapp messages, directly from an android application (with java), or as alternative, from php which receiving the contacts info from an android application via url with POST parameteres.
messages should be in bulk ... allowing selection of some or all of the contacts
No money will be released in advance, money will be released after we can test functionality. If applications doesn’t works no funds will be released.
