Need program to automate download of [login to view URL] data to Excel spreadsheets

Need a program to take data entered into specific cells in an existing excel spreadsheet and then use that data as the criteria to run a [login to view URL] search on and then automatically download the output data from [login to view URL] and place portions of that data into other specific cells on pre-existing excel spreadsheets. It doesn't have to be R or Python, although it seems it could be done that way. It can be done in any language that won't require me to purchase any software. It may require automating a login to google trends as well to work properly.
