I have a project that contains an implementation of bower as package manager and I am looking to migrate to yarn package manager and from [login to view URL] to Pipfile. I am looking for someone to help with the migration

So there are two tasks:

1. Migrate from Bower to Yarn.

2. Migrate from [login to view URL] to Pipfile

Also, the knowledge of `Make` commands and Docker is essential.
