The task involves writing a Python script that interacts with Windows file management system to initiate a specific action.
Key Requirements:
- Identify when a new file has been created within a certain directory.
- Trigger an event to open a URL in Google Chrome whenever such a file is created.
- It's critical that this URL opens in a new tab within an existing window of Chrome.
You must have experience in:
