269996 small seo optimization

I need some seo optimization done to my site + some link building.

For onsite seo i will do the work i just need some instructions and explanation about meta-tags and how to place keywords on the site.

I prefer to work with a romanian programmer.

There are no targets set for this seo optimization (meaning i don't want to become #1 for keyword "bla bla" or something similar). I just need an experimented seo programmer to be able to answer to my questions and create some backlinks to my site.
