Mark a page as favorite on Sharepoint 2010

I need assistance in implementing a feature in Sharepoint 2010 to allow users to mark a page as a 'favorite'. Once they do this it will display a list of their favorites somewhere on page (either code directly into master page template or via a web part).

The solution will be installed on a sharepoint farm version and must run within the sandbox environment.

I am open to suggestions on best methods. At a minimum, the user has to be able to click a button to mark as favorite, link auto appears in favorites list, and a method to view/delete previously marked list of favorites.

All users will be logged into sharepoint for the entire site.

I need you to:

* code necessary logic for sharepoint 2010.

* provide instructions on how I can install / merge into my template.
