series upload to on line platform in China -- 2

I am looking for someone that speaks fluent Mandarin and writes Chinese to help me set up a Youku channel in China with the content I have on my Youtube channel. The person MUST know the Youku platform well and be able to access our dropbox and set up the channel and then load our shows into the Youku system. With that we will require a written outline of how we can also access the channel and also upload ours shows as well. PLEASE I stress, if you do NOT know the Youku system well please do not apply for the job
