We are seeking a dynamic and influential individual to join our team as an Influencer Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your social media presence and networks to attract potential gestational surrogate candidates. As a key player in our surrogacy recruitment efforts, you will play a crucial role in building awareness, fostering engagement, and ultimately connecting with individuals who are interested in becoming gestational surrogates.
Your Responsibilities:
1/ Content Creation:
Develop and create engaging content related to gestational surrogacy, highlighting its positive impact and the fulfillment it brings.
Craft compelling narratives, testimonials, and visuals to resonate with your audience and encourage interest in surrogacy.
2/ Platform Management:
Utilize your existing social media platforms, and potentially explore new ones, to share surrogacy-related content.
Maintain a consistent and authentic online presence, fostering a supportive community around the topic of gestational surrogacy.
3/ Audience Engagement:
Respond to inquiries and engage with your audience, providing information and resources about gestational surrogacy.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment to encourage open conversations and questions about surrogacy.
4/ Collaboration:
Collaborate with our marketing team to align messaging and promotional efforts.
Participate in virtual events, interviews, or features to amplify the message and reach a broader audience.
5/ Lead Generation:
Actively seek out and identify potential gestational surrogate candidates within your network and beyond.
Direct interested individuals to our official channels for detailed information and the application process.
Surrogate Candidates Requirements:
- Excellent physical and mental health
- Willingness to undergo medical and psychological evaluations
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Age between 21 and 40 years old
- No history of pregnancy complications or previous miscarriages
- At least 1 live birth without complications
- Reliable and responsible
