Develop/ Find the Communication Protocols for Land Rover Diagnostic Software

Hello!
I am looking for someone who has worked with Land Rover/ has extensive Land Rover diagnostic experience. I need someone to help find the diagnostic protocols for Land Rovers and Range Rovers from roughly 2002-2012. I want to be able to use these protocols to interface with the vehicle's electric air suspension, engine control unit, car configuration panel, and to allow the programming of new keys. These features are otherwise locked via OBD2 communications.
These protocols are what make possible the factory diagnostic/ dealer software. It would be very good if you had experience working with the factory diagnostic software.
Key note: Not asking you to create the full diagnostic software--I just need the protocols that would theoretically allow me to accomplish this.
