.NET Core Specialist for Script Customization

I'm in need of a seasoned .NET Core developer who can assist in customizing a paid script.

The library is for SMPP written in .Net core. SMPP is a protocol for sending SMS from our server to Telco's. We will be SMPP client and Telco (SMSC) will be SMPP Server.

We would like the script to get data from RabbitMQ and Push it to Telco's SMPP. Script has an option to control TPS (Transactions per second) per SMPP and we will define the TPS for each SMPP.

Primary Tasks:

- Send sms (submit_sm) to different teclo's based on the RabbitMQ message (different sms will be routed through different Telcos)

- Save message ID from Telco on submit_sm into RabbitMQ for batch processing

- Save Delivery reports (when Telco's SMPP sends it) into RabbitMQ for batch processing

- Reestablish connection when its lost with SMPP, Notify us when SMPP connection is failed a few times.

Someone with existing experience to SMPP is preferred because there's some learning curve involved in it. We are on a deadline and prefer to work with someone who can go beyond the regular working hours to get this finished.
