I need a video steganography tool be developed. Details will be provided upon request from the bidder,
input for the tool - Encode (video file, secret message file) Decode (stego file)
output from the tool - Encode (stego file) Decode (Videofile, secret message)
User is allowed to choose the input as well to enter a password
password will decide sequence of the frames to be used to hide the message and to encrypt the secret message
alogorithm to embed the message ethier DCT or LSB or both
