Create an Animation with a small amount of illustration

See the attached - this was done but I need quite a few changes. I've been let down by the person that did it so need a new one done. It's less slides than this, no text but adding some different people and a few more scenarios (see attached plan diagram sequence). I need this completed by Monday at the latest so please don't bid on this unless you can do it in that time. Also you need to tell me the estimate price.
