I'm seeking a skilled developer to implement a system that sends our customers push notifications on WhatsApp concerning their orders. Our existing database manages order updates and statuses effectively, and now we aim to leverage this data to enhance our customer service and engagement.
**Key Requirements:**
- Fetch data from our database, specifically: order status, order number, and estimated delivery time.
- The developer should ensure that push notifications are sent to customers via WhatsApp only when their order is shipped or delivered, minimizing spam and focusing on critical updates.
- It is crucial that our customers, who have already opted in by providing their phone numbers for WhatsApp notifications, receive these updates seamlessly and reliably.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in database management and querying.
- Experience with WhatsApp API or similar messaging API integrations.
- Strong understanding of user privacy concerns and compliance with messaging consent.
- Ability to implement efficient and scalable solutions that can handle the dynamic nature of E-commerce order statuses.

Using the same information we need to do 1 more thing, we need to show the same information in UI format on our website as well. (Screenshot of a demo is attached)
2 - Let's say that a customer is placing an order for xyz product, but that product is not available with us, then a Google sheet (spreadsheet) will be updated every day from our end with a variable (est. date at which the product would be available) and we would be sending a WhatsApp to the person giving them 2 options - either to wait or to cancel their order, whatever they choose would be updated in the sheet and an SMS would be sent to them as well about their choosing.
