Health Course Video Editing - From 17 videos to 8 videos for an 8 Week Online Education Program.

I'm a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer and have filmed an online course in Health and Wellness.
I have 17 videos (average 5-10 mins in length) that I need condensed as much as possible without losing too much content.
I need someone who is interested in learning about the course and someone who cares about health to edit these videos for me into 8 weekly videos. They do not have to be all the same length. I'm very casual when speaking so don't mind a few umms or a slight pause here and there. I want it to feel like a conversation but also keep them engaged (only taking up a small portion of their day!)
It's pretty basic - it's just me and a camera nothing too flashy.
I also need someone who is open to a little bit of back and forth to ensure it's perfect.
I wouldn't mind some options of background music but I'll leave it up to the creative geniuses out there to send me some music files or even graphics within the videos if they feel it would work.
