Video Services Needed - Simple Video Creation/Presentation

I'm looking for a video editing expert who knows how to create dynamite videos. I want to make a very simple, but effective video. My goal is to make this video go viral.
The only services I need is someone who can create this video. Its easy enough I could do it myself, but its time consuming. I can't spend a full day or half a day creating the video.
I have an example of the type of video I want to create. I just found it on youtube, but you can see all I'm looking for is some fancy text fly in's and pictures that all synchronize with the sound.

My Video is about: My video is NOT about politics like this one is. My video is promoting a new marketing system I've created.
I will provide all of the text for the video and I will provide all of the pictures/images that will be added AND provide the soundtrack I want. I will even put them in the format I want them if need be. So all I will really need is someone to put it all together into a great video.
Right now I'm trying to find out pricing and who I want to go with. Then I will be starting the project in a few days.
