Video Clips of Empty Las Vegas

I would like 5 - 10 video clips of the Las Vegas strip showing how empty the streets are. Clips need to be as steady as possible (tripod preferred) and at least 10 seconds each. I would like 4K, but 1080p would work fine.
If using a phone, please shoot HORIZONTALLY. See attached for examples. Try to get no people or traffic in the shots. I will use them as stock footage, so I would need to get full rights from you and you cannot use them for any other purposes after you transfer the files to me.
