Need someone to put together 30 second HD piece with stock video

I have a 30 second video that we will be using in movie theaters that is going to be made with stock video. The only problem is that I would like to overlay two videos in "polaroid" frames during the main 15 second vid and some people do not have the talent to do to that. Pretty easy cut and paste other than that. Script is ready, stock will be pre-bought.
