I need a pc based app that will allow users to build a single web page based on templates. -app needs normal windows file functions (file-new-open, etc..) -for new file user will select template (html/css contained in app library. -user can insert images from app library (preinstalled or user added -user can insert preformatted tables (insert - select table style, etc... -app should have basic formatting controls (font, font size, etc...) When finished user can save file, app will output html and css for upload via ftp or possibly ftp from app. I'll provide templates (approx. 8) css files and images.
