Spanish, Portuguese, French Female Voice Over for Kid's Video

I'm looking for a female voice artist with fun and entertaining voice for Kid's YouTube Channel. Now we are going internationally, so
we want people to Translate, Voice and Edit our videos into the following languages:
- Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
- French
Each video is 6-10 min long and approximately 200-400 words count. Budget is $10-15 for a one video and this project is for 5 videos.
It's low budget project, so entry level of voice artist is okay and no studio quality is necessary.
Each video goes on English with English subtitles, wich can be easily turned to any language.
In this task you do not need to read script word in word, even better if you are able to improvise.
