51069 Website Redesign w/ E-Commerce

I need a full service re-creation of my website. I use Yahoo Small Business Hosting and they cannot accept ASP. PHP and MYSQL are usable. I will need the programmer to load everything up on to the site once it is in full working order. I will need admin privelages to edit text, pricing, and ideally new products etc. I will need to be able to have ordering options by product for an additional fee, as well as coupon and discounts able to be established with expiration dates. I have a logo, but will need a designed site. I want customer ordering information stored for review by them or by me. I use Linkpoint Gateway, so it must be able to be integrated with them. I am looking for someone with that can design a professional site with great features. Please understand Linkpoint and Yahoo Small Business Hosting before bidding. I would like this project completed within a few weeks.
