I need a well-coded single HTML page from a PSD file. You will get to use modern methods of embedded fonts and CSS3, so no UI slicing will be needed.
The layout is a normal business-style website, nothing wildly complex here.
You should be very good at:
CSS3 and HTML5
IE9, IE10 and backwards compatibility for IE8, some limited IE7
