Oscommerce modifications and contribution install

I need an experienced oscommerce expert to do various small task and development on my site. The task includes the following:

- installing various new contributions

- bug fixes, cleaning/deleting codes on the home page etc, adding/coding new links to the menu and homepage

- Fix htaceess issues and certain contributions e.g Ultimate SEO url

- adding new links and features to customers my account

- Add Pre-order button to products that are due to be added to stock and/or future product releases.

- Making the site W3C complaint and valid

- Template CSS colour change and tweak and layout presentation

- Code Scrolling banner feature on home page etc

50% escrow deposit. Full payment upon completion.
