ASP E-Commerce / SHopping Cart - repost

"ASP" ONLY, NO PHP, Please read the project carefully before bidding, thank you. I would like an ASP e-commerce /shopping cart application with CMS capabilities. The application must be easy to use and easy to integrate with any existing websites to make the look and feel similar. Must not require any special hosting setup, besides the regular upload and permission setting, database requirement is MS Access as well as MS SQL. Must have the ability to offer downloads with time limited download links, regular deliverable products and donations that the visitor of the site can enter the amount. Also have the ability to accept multiple payment processing as well as "Offline processing" to store credit card info for manual processing at a later time. prefer credit card data encryption and decryption process for additional security as well as credit card number deletion option after manual processing.

You must be the developer of the application as I REQUIRE this application for multiple use and resell as well with re-branding permissions/license.

I have additional projects for customized development, that's if you are talented and ambitious. e-commerce application must be something you already have developed.
